ffmpeg -i source.avi -vn -ar 44100 -ac 2 -ab 192 -f mp3 out.mp3



Requirements:

(1) ffmpeg must be installed.

(2) The user's PATH environment variable must point to ffmpeg. Example:
PATH=C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\Tools\WinNT;C:\Utilities\ffmpeg
To change this, go to Control Panel > System > Advanced System Settings > "Advanced" tab
