Well see, the lines in the sky have all but stopped here (except here and there).

But there is a ton of fallout and the smell, taste, sinus burn, and symptoms are horrible.

What they are doing here is keeping it overcast most of the time so you can't see the sky.

When you can, there is constant chemtrail fallout.

This creates another good question for the debunkers...

Why was the sky absolutely covered with chemtrails for the past 12 months, but the past 3 have been clear?

What changed?

Now, by clear, I don't mean they aren't spraying. There is a constant stream of jets over this area (often every 2 minutes) laying down short non-persistent trails that burn my sinuses horribly. They are being laid down at a higher altitude so they are less noticeable.

This is unbelievable. The denial of most of the world population is shocking.
