New Earth Old Earth.. ((( Smiles )))
I follow the path of an older earth myself.
Like Russ I believe.
When was " the Beginning " ?
The Genesis account opens with the simple , powerfull statement...
" In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."
{ Genesis 1:1 }
Period.
Now when was that exactly??
God didn't say.
Actually God left alot of the details out and told us pretty much all He believes we really need to know.
The big chemistry lab in the sky..
Whatever God needs to do and how much ever time it took..
Or didn't take, it's all beautiful marvelous powerful stuff.
God is not a human with human limits and restrants.
Like us.
The Creator says:
" Raise your eyes high up and see.
Who has created these things?
It is the One who is bringing forth the army of them even by number, all of whom he calls even by name.
Due to the abundance of dynamic energy, he also being vigorous in power, not one of them is missing."
----Isaiah 40:26
The more I 'raised my eyes high up' to peer at the vastness,
the complexity, and the beauty of the universe,
the more I appreciate the work of the intelligent Designer
who brought all of it about and establised the laws that keep it all together.
As defined in the Bible, "faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration
[or, convinceing evidence," footnote] of realities though not beheld."
----Hebrews 11:1
There definately is more to this life a spirit world realities though not beheld.
Things that exist our eyes do not see but it's out there.
Things to come prophecies to be fulfilled..
And hundreds of prophecies have been fulfilled in the past and in our day and we can have complete confidence
in the fulfillment of Bible prophecies that pertain to future events.
That it will be fulfilled.
Thats what I believe.

In the last days mankind will be able to destroy the earth.
Have the capability to do so like never before.
As the Bible has predicted.
God will put a stop to all that.
He's comeing after thoses who are destroying the earth and we should be greatful for that because he said if he prolonged his comeing to long.
No flesh would be saved.
We live in highly dangerous times..
Full of deception and the comeing of signs and wonders..
It's comeing the new world order and the mark of the beast.
Russ see's that too.
