Testing for mercury is not very useful. Mercury accumulates in the liver, kidneys, brain, nervous system, thyroid and other organs. The amount of mercury in the blood, or the amount of mercury excreted won't tell you anything about how much mercury is in the liver, kidneys and brain that is causing problems. Mercury toxicity should be diagnosed based on symptoms. Some doctors like to do a DMSA challenge test, where a large dose of DMSA is taken, then mercury excretion after that is compared to mercury excretion before that. The test gives little information though, and some people get very sick from it. http://www.flcv.com/cfsfm.html

Pineapple will clean your body out too, Mercury and all. I learned that from my friend at work and other boards (Curezone MH from the Ask Barefoot board). Eat alot better and you will notice improvements, no matter other things you do add some fresh fruits like that everyday and you might do better and excrete mercury.
As far as tests to go Amazon.com and put in home metal tests and find something you want there perhaps? It will test your urine Mercury, but you have to have an antagonist to make you excrete it to begin with I guess.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

I have lost 15 pounds off cutting down my diet int he last few months, truly amazing.
