i have been reading everybodys views and i will order the HMD and the algin and maybe some chlorella for now. i guess everybody is different and i will have to try and experiement and see what works for me. everyone is sooo helpful on this site honestly. thank-you all for your responses and do carry on with your debates...very interesting.hehe
