It's not all that hard..
There's alot of room up there as..
I insert it into my child's rectum all the time..
The other one does it on her own no problem..
But for my finger, ya yeach!
I use alot of water & soap after the procedure as well.
They have been doing it for years now.
Mostly just on the weekends..
While they build up with their supplements through the week and on the weekends as well..
It's a heavy duty scheduale but one I need to do for them.
Just had the IGeneX, INC Lyme testing done recently for one of them.
It was Inconclusive need to talk to her doctor about this.
If it not the gut it's always something else that needs to be fixed..
I just take it as it comes..
