I am on a candida diet. I am taking 12.5 mg of DMSA every four hours. I had stopped my vitamin c iintake of 4-7000 mg a day. I guess this reduces stomach acid and stresses the gall bladder. I had also done a coffee enema, which causes the gall bladder to contract. And I think I had some adredal stress from trying to walk 2 hours a day and having done (saunas far infra red.) I am wanting to do oral DMPS 10 -20 mg. Does it have a higher percentage of mercury removal? I had been eating rasberries and blueberries in a morning shake with coco-nut milk and oil (anti-candida, anti fungals) and I will eat a grapefruit on off days. But apparently grapefruit stresses the gall bladder. I am back on calcium, zinc and magnesium citrate 4000-7000 mg a day, I am doing dandilion root and staying away from coffee enemas and saunas. I need to deal with adrenal stress.

Regarding the candida diet, do you know a CAN DO candida diet. I have some. Apparently the gall bladder doesn't like animal fat and a vegetarian diet is better, but legumes are prohibited with the candida diet. I try to eat them with rice cooked in coco-nut oil (cpriolic acid) to keep the yeast down, but I am also told I can't eat soy beans... I eat fish, free range chicken cabbage beats (good for gall bladder)lots of red and green peppers, all organic and free range. I eat pototos and and squash for starch. I have done the elisa test and don't have siliacs. It stresses the kidneys to do a high protein, no starch diet, so I try to have some starch. I am very disciplined. I think I need to also deal with my adrenals. I do love walking, it lifts my spirits. It's a nice God time. The pain has subsided a lot since introducing dandilion root, already taking bile, milk thistle, and re-introducing vitamin C. I will avoid coffee enemas. I want to start the DMPS if it eliminates more mercury as I have some. Going to rest from chelating about 4 more days and see how I feel. Should I break longer? Please let me know.

Thanks for all your help veteran. are you in New Zealand? Hope you are making progress.
