Some people have thought they were having a heart attack and had severe indigestion. Though I'm not stating that it isn't your heart, but just in case, it could be something else going on there.

I have had chest tightness. This was after an exposure to toxins via somebody's cigarette smoking. I really felt it was my heart, but I'm sure it was lungs and everything else involved where the toxins migrate to. I was frightened by the symptoms. I seriously felt pressure/tightness and difficultly breathing.

I'm not sure if I would use EDTA. I'd stick with the chelators that are more directed at mercury itself. How much DMSA are you using during a round if you don't mind me asking? And are you using it every 4 hours around the clock? It maybe acting on mercury that could well be in those areas. But I hope it is not mobilising it unnecessarily....so it's important to find out how you are dosing.

It will get the mercury out if it is used properly. If not, then it will drop the mercury elsewhere in the body. This has happened to me before and I wound up with mercury shunted into the gut areas (agony). I suffered months after this and thankfully treating candida helped reduce the pain and bloating/gas.

There maybe toxins in the areas that are causing pressure and build up of gas, so it makes your chest feel tight/constricted. I know that I often get a lot of gas build up around toxins (gut is one of them). It collects there. Candida also appears to thrive around injured areas or areas that have toxins collected, and then of course you get the gas from the candida toxins! So it's a difficult situation.

If you're not on a candida diet? I would suggest you do this to help reduce the toxins and the gases that are coming from them! This may take some of the load off you. If you already ARE on such a diet? This makes it somewhat confusing....I'd have to ask then how strict is the diet you are on? because even fruit intake and other high carbohyrdrates, may in some more severe candida cases be enough to still cause problems. Candida thrives on sugars/carbs of all kinds.

Is the DMPS you speak of in IV form or oral? And in what way would you take it? Cutler recommend oral DMPS taken every 6-8 hours around the clock. Other ways of taking such products can lead to further redistribution and problems!
