I hadnt known that about avoiding Echinacea, Elderberry, Spirulina, Chocolate, Chlorella etc with this type of Flu. I copied this article to keep on hand and share with others.

I was going to get Chlorella to take with Algin in the event of mandated flu shots- just to suck up the mercury from the thimerasol in those shots. I will just stick with the Algin then --and Vitamin C
