Sean, the thing is, that with mercury poisoned people, it seems like no matter what route you take there are those that claim to have gotten worse following it. Its just the destructive nature of mercury, most people only try to get healthier after reaching their 'breaking point', and some just seem like they cannot recover after that point.

Also, after being so sick, judgment it certainly clouded, and some people, regardless of what protocol they follow, refuse to be conservative and take it slow...they want to get better fast because they feel like they can not live much longer in the state that there in...and that desperate mindset can lead to very bad decisions.

I do agree that most minerals are relatively safe, but even using therapeutic amounts of selenium and iodine can be rather risky.
True true! I know how that feels to want to get better in a hurry! You want to get it overnight. I feel horrible right now from Candida or high copper (Either or I believe) and want to get it all out now!

I know you can't do that and make wise decisions now, reacting fast before messed me up and I got worse from certain things. I think we all need to sit back and think sometimes alot before doing something (I know thats hard for us with toxicity), thorough research both negative and positive and try to put things together.

The first sign of feeling out of control or alot worse and you should stop though IMO, no need to force it and make yourself that much more sick.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
