In addition to being a great source of magnesium, magnesium malate has been very helpful in relieving my muscle ache. Magnesium malate is magnesium plus malic acid. I got the idea to use it from this web page, which mentions magnesium and malic acid to relieve fibromyalgia symptioms. I am currently taking this and it works: Fibralgia (magnesium and malic acid). Nearly everyone I've spoken with on the phone over the past few months has had high blood aluminum (malic acid chelates aluminum). This is probably from chemtrails.

Yes from the Chemtrails or metal cookware or metal cans people drink out of Russ. I read some foods carry it too! I agree getting Aluminum out can do alot.

Geezus Thanks RUSS  Thats all I needed to hear tonight. So we have Mercury in us and Aluminum and it's 100 times more toxic! I hate Fillings and vaccines, I hate foods with mercury in it, I hate Aluminum

And then they give children Capri..
And then kid & adults drink soft drinks out of aluminum cans.
I was mad sure enough when I found this out too.

Kind of hard to stay well Lynn when Fructose I mention in the other thread has mercury and now this as well which many eat daily!
I swear this is all on purpose and they know it, they just want you to be sick and either die of cancer or go to the doctors and get more money, it's all a sick plan.

I totally agree with you on this..
I swear this is all on purpose and they know it.
At one time I was shocked with disbelief when finding out what was in thoses vaccinations and then the more I read on it..
the more unbelievable it became and I came to that realization as well.
This is not just one of thoses things..
There's just too many dots to connect it has to be on purpose.
They have to know what they are doing to us.
We are truely into the latter days.
