Hey all. Well i've been on the candida diet for 2 1/2 years and got rid of a ton of yeast so decided to start introducing fruit into my diet. I've been eating a couple of Apples a day and these truly do help with chelation due to the pectin. My thinking is clearer, i have more energy(i get more things done) and it doesn't affect my candida at all. Unlike if i eat carbs where i get flare ups. So do apples actually chelate or do they just bind to whatevers in your intestine?

I ate two apples a day for a few days and definitely noticed something moving! I am going to pick it up again, but not until I clean up other things first to tolerate the detox it can give.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

The fiber in apples might be helping you with elimination. the malic acid in apples may be helping increase energy and decrease muscle ache.

My understanding is, all of these things are in apple cider vinegar, too. It is doing wonders for me! I should eat more apples, too. Yum!!

Anyway... vinegar makes me "drunk" and promotes headaches.. Funnily enough i don't react to vinegar on fries with salt... how can that be?
Yes i know vinegar probably kills candida and the fungi toxins gives headaches, but why not when eating vinegar on fries?

Btw... a supposed cure it all is: 8 cloves garlic + 1 cup raw undestiled apple cider vinegar (has to be raw and unfiltered) + 1 cup raw honney (also has to be straight from the bee farmer)... Haven't tried it in a grand scale yet.. so i can't tell about it's effectivity.. but in my mind....
that recipe.. garlic moves metals, kills fungi and strengthens the immune system, etc etc etc.. vinegar kills fungi, etc.... and honney strengthens the body via the sugar channels for support, and also thereby strenghtens the immune system... honney also does tons of other good stuff too... heal open sores etc....

Pectin binds to heavy metals. Organic apples are preferable because non organic fruit has low mineral content. Groups that have very low cancer rates such as the Hopi in Arizona consume large amounts of fruit
