Hey all. Well i've been on the candida diet for 2 1/2 years and got rid of a ton of yeast so decided to start introducing fruit into my diet. I've been eating a couple of Apples a day and these truly do help with chelation due to the pectin. My thinking is clearer, i have more energy(i get more things done) and it doesn't affect my candida at all. Unlike if i eat carbs where i get flare ups. So do apples actually chelate or do they just bind to whatevers in your intestine?
