In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

Ewwwww. You know, awhile back I found some weird looking crap in a box of cereal. A bunch of pieces that had dark spots on it (was not burned or anything like that), like flecks of something metallic, and I threw it out.
From the video, that looks like it might be Total or something.

Some iron compounds are magnetic, while others aren't. Iron oxide and iron sulfate seem to be magnetic. They are common forms of iron, although they probably aren't the best absorbed, and are not ideal as supplements. They are probably very inexpensive though. They are absorbed to some degree. Cereal makers charge so much for cereal. One would think they would spend a few cents a box extra and use a better form of iron that is not magnetic and is much better absorbed.
