I've been reading how even composite fillings contain toxic materials ? Is this true? I just got 2 of my mercury fillings replaced today by a biological dentist using iaomt protocol.I got a composite material put in.Was Just wondering if anyone can give me some insight on this. Has anyone completely recovered from amalgam illness after getting composites? Ughhhh i just hope i didn't make a mistake. I mean whats the point of replacing a toxic material with something else thats toxic.
