May I ask why you don't want to take the Progesterone pills?

You could get a progesterone cream if you want to bypass your liver...... or if you want to go more natural then you could use Vitex and Black Cohosh......Vitex helps your body to produce it's own progesterone and the Black Cohosh helps to regulate the hormones.

I personally am not fond of Wild Yam because it's so high in estrogen....too much estrogen is bad.
