Thanks so much for the info, Bex! I do very good with Chlorella, and so far, so good with Cilantro. I will look into this, and see about changing my regimen around a bit. I appreciate your help very much!

You're welcome smile

I'm glad to hear you're doing well with chlorella and cilantro! For me, it was risky. Cutler's worked well. Much safer, less redistribution of metals, and more of them were pushed out, rather than pushed around and forcing my body to try and do something with them and getting very hurt in the process quite often.

Sulfur hurt me quite a bit when very mercury toxic. I was well aware that it moved metals around though, but made me very sick in the process. Again, others do very well on sulfur and find it most helpful. You'll find people really vary with this.

For me a successful detox programme is not about eliminating detox symptoms, (which I think can be unrealistic when moving toxins), but keeping them tolerant or vaguely tolerant, whilst successfully removing mercury in the process. The kind that over time, the improvements inbetween begin to last longer and longer and the bad times because less and less.

I still believe that ALA (alpha lipoic acid) is necessary, even for those who say they feel better. There is often hidden stores of organ/brain mercury that may wind up causing future problems, particularly when something else comes along to knock the immunity down. Such remaining mercury may keep a person more vulnerable too. We don't often realise we can still have significant hidden stores of mercury when we are feeling much better. Very poisoned people who have been that way for such long periods of time, forget what it's like to be REALLY well. One might confuse 50% to 100% for example and exist like that quite well until a future problem comes along.
