Well after chelating for nearly 5 years and having my some of my replacements replaced several times im concluding im allergic to composite fillings. I took a little of one of them out the other day and my brain fog started to lift immediately. However i've been for compatibility testing that concludes im ok with different brands etc but this is clearly not the case. I am truly at a loss at what to do as i cannot really afford porcelain. Taking that little part of the composite out has allowed me to write this email otherwise i would'nt even be at the PC.

Hi Stuart,

I am really sorry to hear of this! I have heard that people can be sensitive to plastics yes and it seems you are one of those cases. It is interesting that you remove a bit of the plastic and you feel a difference.

I know porcelain is highly expensive....how about glass ionomers? Have you tried an oral sample of either/both to test reaction? Is there a way you can get them replaced little by little and pay things off at all?

Is there any biologic dentist that can help you with this problem you have with plastics and suggest a way through this? What about the bond and lining that goes under the composites?

You say you have been chelating for five years. Can I ask what chelation products/methods you've used? I'm curious. I know it takes years to detox mercury, but am curious as to what protocol you have been using and whether that might be effective enough.

I'm not doubting the composite problem at all. But I know mercury can create multiple chemical sensitivity and whilst mercury is still in the body, it maybe one reason why this is happening.

5 years is a long time, but if mercury is not being chelated properly/effectively, it may still be there quite significantly (organ/brain mercury). I wonder if you have tried alpha lipoic acid taken Cutler style? If not, you might be wise to try this and see what happens.

On another note i actually think im starting to get my candida sorted. I can tolerate Yoghurt now and eat an organic probiotic natural yoghurt so my gut is at least healing but i know the pains in my head won't go until the composites are out.

Well, that's a positive sign. But the other is still a remaining concern. I wonder also if my replacement are a permanent effect on me too. I don't believe any of them are ideal frankly and each pose their own challenge to the immune system - not being natural enamel.

So it makes it very tough on us to know what to do. Is testing so accurate? I am unsure. Perhaps it is in some areas, but does not give the full story. E.g. I have had tests for materials that have contradicted eachother. I've tried then to take the material that has tested ok on all tests! Even then I wonder....
