Any thoughts on this?
Mixing a bottle of water and chopped red peppers to take with you to the sauna. Maybe also mixing some garlic into the pepperwater to avoid redistribution. Also bringing a bottle of pure water, with or without some salt..
Then right before the sauna, drink some of the pepperwater to initiate a sweat, without needing an exercise.
As you all know, saunas are good for furthering a good sweat, but not neccacerely good at initiating one.
So maybe pepperwater can be used for that (Real bellpeppers ofcourse) However, the safety of using a sauna after having "eaten" is a possible complication here.. Does the small digestion of the pepper draw enough blood away into the digestion system to rise an issue?
And even.. is this a safe way to start a sweat before taking the sauna? I guess one would sweat wildy from doing this... i guess.. never tried it myself, and i also can't find anything on google on this... Nothing!
Further use of the sauna btw... same session.. also remember to drink from the purewater bottle inbetween. Also take cold showers inbetween.. I mean short intervals of saunas followed by cold showers and drinking purewater from that bottle, then entering the sauna again... And later, if you don't sweat enough, then take a couple of sips from the pepperwater and reenter the sauna again....
Any thoughts on this and it's safety? Anyone tried this or something simmilar?
