That will relieve a lot of pressure and give your more surface area to rest your weight on as some of the weight is distributed to the sandals. Another thing to try to do is do it on the ground. Practice and squat on the ground to get adjusted, or just grab a shallow pan to do your duty.... just remember not to use it for cooking later (he he).
That or brush your teeth with it like Chevy Chase overseas on National Lampoons hahaha, that was classic he used it to brush his teeth with ahhahahhahah. The PAN thing is the best I have heard and I will use that there for a while, the standing on the toilet thing scares me, if one foot goes in there I fall and get all messed up after that or break something lol. I will try the pan thing, but I WILL NOT COOK after that in it and just wash it out for later. Since I did this though I go alot less, is that the case? I go just twice now as opposed to 3 or so times, did that happen to you?

I like the idea and it sounds great, I read about it and it is legit.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
