Hello everyone, new here.

Basically, I believe i have some of the classic symptoms associated with mercury/amalgam. Things like concentration problems and a poor memory. Other physical symptoms like alopecia areata, which have a loose connection with mercury or metal poisoning, i have also got.

I was happy to have the amalgam removal, but then learnt that composites release Biphenol-a or something like that, and this threw me off a bit. Apparently even holistic dentists say that composites if done right wont leak, but that just sounds like a normal dentist telling you amalgams wont leak because the mercury is locked in.

No material will ever be perfect but im finding it difficult to justify taking one poison out and putting a weaker one in. A lot of people here have obviously had the amalgam removal, were you guys not worried by the alternative fillings. No material be it composite, ceramic or porcelain is apparently entirely perfect so how did you rationalise your choice?
