I would be suspicious of anything that had "miracle" in its name. I did a brief Google of this and found a forum where a spammer was trying to get people to buy it. Don't live your life from the "if it's too good to be true, it isn't" point of view. Because when something good comes along that is good, you won't be partaking. Real miracles will never be for sale
