I'we heared btw that eating some garlic before taking saunas will dampen redistribution of metals, but i really don't know if that would just add to the mobilizing of metals or both, garlic both mobilizes and binds, and also provides vitamine C and selenium, etc....

hmm... never tried it myself... But logically if sauna and garlic gets metals into the bloodstream, then maybe sweating out the garlic stinking chemical from the blood will take with it the metals bound to the stinking stuff in the blood?
Garlic's stinking chemical can't be digested so it's thrown into the bloodstream to be sweated out... maybe it's that stuff that chelates using garlic?
Getting metals with garlic stink chemical into the bloodstream and then sweat it out?
Hmm... Don't know, but the part about the stink chemical in the blood is facts, so is the advice i'we read about using garlic pre to sauna use..

How effective / beneficial or "risky" it would be, i don't know.
