cinnamon is also antifungal, as is also ginger.

I was just thinking about molybdenum. I know it is needed in the breakdown of sufites and aldehydes, however now I am wondering if it might hinder chelation agents such as DMSA or ALA.
I guess from now on I will only take molybdenum supplements on my off days. One website I read claimed that selenium interferes with mercury excretion on rats given DMSA, so I guess it is also a good idea not to supplement selenium during chelation rounds. Molybdenum does help decrease chemical sensitivity, however if it interferes with chelation then it is not good for use during rounds. Some websites say that chelation decreases manganese and zinc. Perhaps these shouldn't be supplemented during chelation rounds, but supplemented to a greater degree on off days?

Yeah I think it was a vicious Candida die off since I felt horrible afterwards and felt great today when I did not use it, clear thoughts I have not had in a while and all! I have a feeling I should not stear away from those just yet and deal with it? I felt great today after days on Turmeric and Curry, for that reason? I agree it's probably die off and not an allergy, those suck just as much.

I have a magazine here at home my mom got me that said the three C's and Cumin, Cayenne and Curry could reduce Candida 40% in just two weeks! So I might not have been ready for that die off I got and thought it was an allergy as usual and should not just stop! I thought clear as hell and could smell and think straight again after a few days on Curry and Turmeric so maybe I should continue it? I felt great today and did not use, but it was clearly because of those I felt this great which I have not in a while. Candida die offs can resemble allergies I know, bigtime with the itching nose and skin. I need to keep it up I guess and keep you updated, as long as it's not serious I should continue it. BTW after the Curry yesterday a few hours later I felt alot better when I used Magnesium which helped me use the bathroom and I was very clear headed, die off? Probably, feels like an allergy too though at times, you ever had that?

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
