Hi there. Yep, the metallic taste is an issue. Either that is from what was released by the candida when I killed it (possible mercury that's been in my body for ages), or other metals from the replacement materials, I have glass ionomers which can contain metal salts such as arsencic, lead, aluminium being such examples.

So not sure what it is, but it's DEFINITELY metal. Sometimes I can taste it and even feel it trying to come out of my eyes (which sounds bizzare I know). I get seeping out of my eyes at the sametime and can sense metal.

I can't use garlic either. That produces similar symptoms from killing yeast. It's potent stuff, healthy but I think it can be used in moderation. I think right now I am just too metal toxic to risk alot. Garlic can also move mercury around and often can move it all over the place, so that's another issue.

Some people do well on it though, so trying things in small doses is probably ok and seeing what happens. Yep, I can't use pro-biotics either, I get bad metal symptoms from that too.

I guess it just depends how toxic a person is, where the metals are located and how much yeast is carrying metals within them. The whole thing is unreal.

I've heard raw eggs are excellent for mercury toxic people. I might try this. how do you have them? Do you mix them with anything? beat them? or just crack an egg open and swallow it whole?
