Hm.

If antifungals exaggerate mercury symtops through releasing mercury into the body, I wonder what is safe to use. I know for a fact probiotics are a no-no.

A while ago, I was on a diet that reduced my acne. I was only eating raw fish (I later switched to raw egg yolk due to the mercury in fish) and raw fruit. My acne got a lot better and I felt great overall. I may try to go back on that diet as it's pretty much, barring the fruit which seemed ok then so i may eat them again, a anti-candida diet. My digestive capability is better now, so I may switch the egg yolk for meat.

Perhaps the only real way to defeat candida is the diet, for mercury sufferers anyway. Although, garlic may be safe to use. I still need to test that. Also on an aside, a while ago I wrote about strange white blobs appearing in my stool. That's related to candida from what I've read.

It seems that you're reacting badly to the other fillings you now have, i.e. non amalgam. But you spoke of a metallic taste. Surely they'd have to be some kind of metal in your mouth for that?
