Hi wormwood, Congrats on the sauna My question is, why would you make a decision to consume fish? I know there are health aspects to consuming it, but the downside is mercury and it's a BIG downside. Because any benefit is soon overshadowed by the contained contaminants like mercury. There is no fish that I know of that is free of mercury and then you have to choose ones that are the "lowest" mercury fish (which STILL contain mercury). Even that would not be wise for a mercury toxic person in my opinion. The whole point is to eliminate the toxin, not take more of it in. Some do not consider it's significant, but I believe it can be! Don't forget we're also told that amalgams were safe and we are not affected by the mercury - that apparently it's "bound up". And we know how untrue this is. I have noticed issues with fish and even some fish oils. And I have to be vigilant. I would honestly get yourself a good quality brand of fish oil that has been tested and distilled for contaminants/mercury. I would not start consuming fish! Just my opinion. Carlsons Cod Liver oil is very good, I used it for years, good post.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
