Garlic also acts as a natural painkiller, but most mercury sick people don't handle garlic well, as it redistributes mercury too easy in many people.. And btw, garlic adresses so many things at the same time that one has to know much about it to safely use it i guess... However, I handle garlic (real & raw) very well and use it quite often to dampen and move painful stiffnesses around my body. I stirr up some mercury with it, and then let my body do the rest, namely the excretion part... Few people can handle this, i'm one of the lucky ones... However, go with ginger i recon.... atleast try a small dose.. Cheers I used Kyolic for years right after I got my tooth removed from my mouth and did well on it! I never had a problem with it either, no reason I can't use it now but don't do it for some reason! I need to get back on that garlic it seems, especially now with the Swine Flu on board.
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
