As the Holy Scriptures read, EXODUS 4:11 --

"And the LORD said unto him [Moses], Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?"

As the article reads, "But God giveth it [humans/creatures] a body as it hath pleased Him." 1 Corinthians 15:38

'It is the LORD that makes perfections and imperfections.' (Matthew Henry / Bible Commentator/ Preacher).

1 SAMUEL 16:7 "But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature;...for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart."

I do like Bex's reply, and I agree with her in that the LORD alone knows His reasons for the various ways He forms all of His creatures (including humans).
