Hi Russ, ((( Smiles ))) Good post! Talking about Flavious Josephus.. A priest, scholar, and warrior, this Jewish historian was born just a few years after the death of Jesus Christ. Best known for his works The Antiquites of the Jews and the Jewish Wars, Josephus is an oft-cited source for students of biblical chronology and history. I just recieved a large single-volume collection of Flavius Josephus' complete literary works. Can't wait to read it all- 885 pages plus index. He was quite the historian. Glad he took the time to write it all down. It should be interesting reading indeed.. I ordered it from the Midnight Call list of books.. Here's the news from Israel archives.. http://www.midnightcall.com/online_magazines/news_from_israel_online.htmlInteresting reading indeed.. Take Care Lynn
