"I will try the Molybdenum this week too just to see how it works, what to lose?"

Too much molybdenum blocks copper absorption though. Since I am taking a high dosame of molybdenum(1 mg, although I stopped taking it every day, and now take it around every other day, or else 500 mcg on some days). I also added a copper supplement
which I take at lunch(as I don't take any other minerals then)
on my off days. It is hard to plan when to take mineral supplements, as molybdenum blocks copper absorption, zinc blocks copper and iron, calcium block magnesium, calcium blocks iron, large doses of iron deplete zinc, etc. I am trying to find a balance of how much of these to take and when to take them. Molybdenum helps greatly to reduce chemical sensitivity, however I am worried about getting enough copper. Chelation causes a loss of copper and zinc primarily, but also manganese and magnesium. Perhaps I should cut back on the molybdenum to 500 mcg a day, although I don't think it is excreted that quickly, so one mg on half the days might be okay? I am also wondering if it is a good idea to take zinc and copper every day(at different meals) or just to take them on the off days.

Magnesium sulphate may be a good form of sulphate, although the magnesium probably isn't so well absorbed. I guess if you take it with acidic vitamin c, it will form magnesium ascorbate, which is well absorbed.

An interesting article about magnesium.
