My amalgams were removed yesterday. It went well. I had 3 on the right. The top ones messured -13, -3 with that elecro (forget the name) machine and the bottom one was -2.
I had some anxiety in the chair. The intense kind, but was able to work through it. It only lasted a little while.
Today I am sore (teeth) and tired/fatigued but emotionally pretty good. I still have to hot flushes of agitation but noticed yesterday that they only lasted less than 5 minutes. Which is better. I am still holding my breath, and praying.
