Very true! I'm sorry I was out of sorts. I will certainly report back on my progress as a vegetarian - it actually gives me more incentive to plan a good diet, lol At the moment I am still eating way too many pizzas and premade microwavable food. What can I say, I am a lazy cook! I have felt some improvement with the alginate. It's also good to know that oats are a source of tryptophan. I've started having organic oats with oat milk instead of the main brand cereals with dairy. Tryptophan is thought to help reduce anxiety. Bananas are another good source, peanuts and cottage cheese. Truly, if it is indeed unproven, it is a hypothesis. Maybe all the vegetarians on this forum can all experiment with this and prove Hal Huggins wrong. Each scientist can be his/her own guinea pig. Much better than being the guinea pigs of the medical community as we have been for years.
