I haven't read direct answers to the questions above. If you choose not to link me to where you think they were given or tell me which threads they are in, that's your choice, though one would perhaps wonder why an easy answer could not be patiently repeated. There is the danger that one could (erroneously of course) end up assuming that the issues were evaded in the past, and now in the present it can be claimed that they were definitively addressed and the current addressee must be suffering from amnesia.
