Hey Steve I have some q's.
What were some of the simptoms that led you back to the dentist?
I started off just wanting to get rid of my severe acne. I also had hypersomnia, lethargy, IBS, general depression and muscel aches. (I couldnt even get enough energy up to go out with my friends. When I did go out I couldn't sit on backless chairs as they required too much energy on my part. When I was sitting on the sofa at home I was more lying than anything else. I just had no energy).
These are all ills where there are no cures. Doctors can't really help. Nore will they, or dentists, for the most part anyway, believe in amalgam poisoning. All these symptoms seem to be the result of a low immune system. If this is true, why are our immune systems low?
But my main cause of concern was getting rid of my acne. I tried liver flushes which worked amazingly, but after a while my acne and lethargic feelings came back. It was like something was dragging me down again.
I eventually stumbled upon mercury poisoning. I was convinced it was true after doing the following. I did a fast for three days (i
really don't recommend this if you've got amalgam fillings) and then inserted various things in my diet to see how they affected me. Tap water, of all things, affected me the most. In such a way I just had to lie down in bed for the whole day to recover (remember I was only 9 stone, I was 11 before, and I had no food in my system or muscle so it'd affected me a lot more than usual). Fish occasionally affected me in a similar way (the mercury that's in tap water (i'm not sure if this is just due to the pipes or not) is also in the ocean due to pollution). The tiny amount of mercury that's used to filter water in brita water filters also affected me! Hello mineral water.
I also found removing wheat, basically anything processed, non-orangic meat and dairy from my diet helped. This is also recommended if you'd got candida -- something mercury suffers quite often also suffer from.
Also do you know if there is a way to figure out whether the fillings you have contain mercury or they don't. For instance the one filling I have is silver, the otherones I can't even see since they are not silver but tooth color so they invinsible. So what I am asking is this "Can you identify the mercury fillings in your mouth by going to dentist for example?" And for the last question - I don't get it when you say that my body should recover quicker. What, is there lots of dangers with having your fillings removed or something?
Thanks ahead. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
I know of no way to work out if there's mercury in white fillings. But the general concensus is that there isn't any.
When you get your fillings removed mercury seeps into the body again. It's your body's job to get rid of this and all the other mercury that's accumulated over the years. It takes a long while- but at our age our bodies will be in the best shape to deal with this. There's various things you can take to help, and pratically must take. Let's put it this way, since having my fillings replaced I've felt the best
and the worst I've ever felt (since I was a small child probably).
