I am trying Cayenne in a half teaspoonfull in hot water a day chased by very cold water, and yes it is VERY spicy and makes me even cough at first wiff before downing it. I have been on it for a few weeks, what results are you getting from it? I have noticed some die off and some more energy during the day from it, but I have not had too much to brag about yet aside from that there. I know it promotes blood flow and cleansing of the body correct? I need to keep on taking it faithfully, I quit this stuff too much too fast before it can work, and I believe this miracle herb will really work.

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
