Glad the MRI went well for you Jinx.. ((( Smiles )))
Just a reminder that it's a good idea to wear earplugs when undergoing an MRI as most machines can be very loud, hi decibles. There is some that are not but most are.. And especially if one already has sound sensitivity or a neurological disorder.. and even if not.. as there are people who develop hyperacusis following an MRI it does happen. And... Hyperacusis can come on slowly or suddenly. Some patients say they developed hypersensitivity to sound over a period of time. Others may come down with hyperacusis suddenly by attending a rock concert, firing a gun, air bag deployment in their car, fireworks or any extremely loud sound.
And that goes for MRI's too.. People have developed tinnitus or hyperacusis following an MRI. Just to be on the safe side though as.. What causes the vunerablity as some people do and some people don't come down with this condition following an MRI.. it's the luck of the draw.. Well, there must be a reason for that. But it can happen, it is a possibilty. And hyperacusis is never fun. Glad it went well for you thats good news.
Take Care Lynn
