yeha they help me like now, things eem to have settled a bit, what happens if i dont use them? i get constipation since i cant go on my own, and i get toxic, and feel canddia growing in me.
on the other hand if the water doesnt fully come out, toxins attribute to to this 'toxic enema' thing.

its a catch 22 situation really.
