I would also mention that during my detox, I was physically active, playing racquetball often in the hot Florida sun. This is a great way to detox as sweating removes mercury and avoids blood and digestive paths so those organs are not at risk. Of course, you may find that moles and skin tags appear on the skin as a result of the mutations induced by mercury.
What did you use? Chlorella and Algin mainly right? I am going to try those two, I tolerate them both well and see no reason why I should not begin on those two. Algin first right? Selenium in low amounts and Vitamin E? What did you use exactly Russ, I am interested in seeing the supplements you used to get better. I did Cilantro for about a week or two about 3 years after starting chlorella and using it faithfully, maybe thats why it did not really bother me too much? I used Zeolite too for a few weeks, never hurt me at all and I felt fine on it. Modifilan seems to be strong for me and high concentrated Selenium from plants, those both are very strong and make me feel crazy while detoxing it seems, for some reason?

In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.
