What a week is has been.

Most importantly, I've pretty much confirmed that my symptom was caused by depleted potassium. Not surprisingly, barium depletes potassium to the point that low-potassium heart attacks can occur. Of course, chemtrails have been tested and shown to contain huge amounts of barium.

The symptom of which I speak is this: My heart beat was so weak that just going up the stairs would cause a pain in my heart just like "brain freeze". Pain would then travel down the inside of my arms, especially my left arm. I would then start hyperventilating and would have to stand still or sit for a minute or two to recover.

I'm well aware that these symptoms are indicative of a heart attack.

The solution?

Potassium.

I am now taking 4 capsules of NSP's Potassium Combination whenever I feel my weak heart beat. The symptoms begin to go away in about 10 minutes. Within 30 minutes, I can go up the stairs with virtually no heart symptoms. The change is dramatic.

I sincerely hope this helps someone to survive these difficult times. It's going to get much worse, and I'm glad to know that high doses of Vitamin C will protect you from the massive bleeding that is caused by Bird Flu, and that potassium can help stop a barium-induced heart attack.

Today was fairly mild. Most of the day stayed at a pretty constant level 2 (salty-metallic taste to the air with zero sinus burn). A couple times we reached level 7 but it subsided within about 90 minutes.

Quick Update

Just minutes after posting the previous log entry, we were hit. The salty-metallic taste jumped up to about 8 and sinus burn jumped to about 6.

This is very similar to last year, when I lived in Jamestown. They sprayed hard in the middle of the morning when people were sleeping every night. I haven't been staying up late lately so I haven't been able to keep track of late-night spraying.

I got up late today because of my late night last night. Not surprisingly, there were huge plumes that looked like the new chemtrail/silver iodide fake clouds hanging over the entire sky.

I looked at the sky a few times and saw a short chemtrail plume being laid down. The sinus-burn and salty-metallic taste to the air is continuous, although up and down, and so spraying continues as usual.

If you are involved in the chemtrail spraying program (or whatever you happen to call it) whether a pilot, manufacturer of the aerosol spray toxins, or as a disinformation agent, you are a party to the largest crime against humanity ever committed.

Visible Chemtrail Fallout (fake clouds): A lot of fallout coming from the north-west. It seems that they often spray north of Bangor and rely on wind to carry the fallout south-east.

Tuesday January 6th, 2009, 1:12pm

Another day of salty-metallic taste to the air combined with some sinus-burn. Spraying continues as usual. Obviously, we are experienced a long-term low-level intoxication.

Visible Non-Persistent (short) Chemtrails: There is a continuous stream of jets flying from the east to the west (toward Bangor) spewing non-persistent chemtrails. Amazingly, I just spotted a jet without a trial. This is a rare sight these days.
Visible Chemtrail Fallout (fake clouds): None visible (this usually takes a while to accumulate)

Wednesday January 7th, 2009, 3:45am

Spraying continues as usual. A couple nice surprises tonight though.

At about 8pm until 8:50pm, the air was almost completely clear. It had no salty-metallic taste and no sinus-burn.

During this time, my energy began to return, my aches and pains began to disappear, and I began to feel good again. It was a nice little break.

At about 8:55pm, we got hit again and the party was over. It only takes about 60 seconds for symptoms, including certain pains and fatigue to begin to set in.

It's snowing here, but we just got hit hard. Unlike the past couple weeks where the sinus-burn component of the chemtrails had been removed from the poisons they're spraying, now the sinus-burn component is back, and has been for a couple days.

Keep watching throughout the first quarter of this year as you will find an increase in the number of people you know (or hear about) who are sick as well as the number of people who die from seizures, kidney failure, aneurysms, heart failure, and other diseases caused by mercury, aluminum, and barium.

I truly feel bad for those who have not yet realized the severity of this situation. Chemtrails will make the amalgam filling issue and the Thimerosal vaccine issue look like a small nuisance. Doctors have also connected the new disease Morgellon's to chemtrails, although some Discovery Channel disinformation has recently said the fibers found growing out of the skin are from plants or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). There seems to be a huge push now to convince people that Morgellon's is caused by mutated bacteria related to GMOs.

The one common thread that you will find in relation to the proposed cause of most diseases is that the party eventually found to be responsible always attempts to make it look like a mistake or a natural mutation. Blame-shifting has been in full force since the fall.

A real roller coaster ride today.

We've been hit hard about 6 times (including right now). Between each hit, there have been relatively long gaps of time. During these gaps, the air cleared quite a bit and enabled me to begin feeling better for a short while.

I only wish we could get someone here to test the air so we could prove what is happening.

I also wish people would become more involved in learning about this and stopping it.

Apathy enables evil.

Saturday January 10th, 2009, 3:18am

Pretty much the same as yesterday. Ups and down throughout the day.

I went into Bangor tonight to have some dinner and the air was notably worse there. When I left the house at about 4:30pm, the air here (east of Bangor) was at about a level 3 (salty metallic taste level). By the time we got into Bangor, it was about level 8. There was a dark haze over the entire city. Mose people probably believe this haze was simply clouds. I believe differently. I believe that without the incessant spraying, the sky would have been perfectly clear and beautiful.

Tonight was especially interesting because most of the night, the sky was bright and clear (there's a near full moon). There was not a cloud in the sky.

At about 12:30am (Saturday morning) I checked the sky and it was still perfectly clear. At about 1:20am I started experiencing extreme sinus burn and a salty-metallic flavor to the air, so I checked the sky again, and there was 5 enormous plumes stretching out in an east-west direction, the same direction the jets always fly. I took a picture of the plumes although the quality is low because I was not willing to go outside and take a long-exposure in the cold. I also spotted a large very low-flying jet flying towards Bangor shortly after.

About 40 minutes later, I took another picture because the plumes had joined together and formed very natural-looking clouds. This reinforces what I've been saying about their tactics; Changing methods and formulas to make chemtrails more natural looking probably to avoid further exposure.

Right now, the "clouds" have completely dissipated and the sky is perfectly clear again.

This is the first picture I took. This was taken a short time after I originally saw the plumes. Between the time I first spotted them and the time I took this picture, they had spread out quite a bit.

This is the second picture (see description above). This was taken a little while after the previous one. You can see how the plumes have joined together and formed what now looks like perfectly natural clouds.

Please remember this when you see "natural" looking clouds in the future.

Final

Saturday was more of the same. We were hit hard a number of times throughout the day and then the air cleared somewhat between hits.

Please explain this Russ do you mean the bird flu is a problem at the moment?

No, not at the moment, but I believe it may be in the future.

According to Dr. Tenpenny, Bird Flu causes massive losses/blockage of vitamin C which then causes bleeding. The key to overcoming it is to take high doses of vitamin C during the illness. Once the immune system is able to catch up and take control, you should be able to survive.

Russ, what are your predictions for 2009-2010???

I don't like to make time-based predictions.

I would say that I do believe Bible prophecy will be fulfilled before too long. I think this prophecy is related to chemtrails in part:
