They have really been pouring it on today. I've been wearing my protective mask all day, and when I just took it off for dinner for about an hour, my symptoms skyrocketed. My kidneys even started hurting.

As has been the trend for several days now, there is little sinus-burn to the air but much salty-aluminum taste. The air is almost unbreathable for me right now as the taste is nauseating.

Salty-Metallic Taste to the Air: 9 of 10 (barely breathable)
Sinus Burn: 2 of 10 (low)
Physical Symptoms: 8 of 10 (loud ringing in the ears, nausea, cracking joints, some joint pain, kidney pain, tight muscles, achy muscles, eye mucus, fatigue, dark circles under my eyes, sleepy/tired, difficult to concentrate.)
Visible Persistent Chemtrails: Too dark to see
Visible Non-Persistent (short) Chemtrails: Too dark to see
Visible Chemtrail Fallout (fake clouds): Too dark to see
