For a very informative look at the definition and interpretation of 'Informed Consent' please see the following link http://poynter.indiana.edu/sas/res/ic.pdfas with all other documents it is suggested that this is read in full prior to commenting on content. From my understanding of Law and Legalese there is no law in existence which would provide for the unrestrained actions suggested earlier upon the populations of the U.S.A. However, I am also willing to consent to the fact (read: belief) that the "powers that be" occasionally do not play according to the rules which they themselves set up. Sincerely, A Duo
