Batman: The Dark Night

We saw this movie months ago and amidst it's hype, we were thoroughly disappointed.

We honestly view this movie as nothing more than a made-for-TV movie complete with unbelievable characters, a bad script, silly situations, and average TV-style acting.

Of course, I have to give credit to Heath Ledger who was by far the most effective actor in the movie. He was, unfortunately, tainted with a weak script, but he made the best of it.

Otherwise, the shallow characters and silly script left the drama and effects without purpose.

We did not like this movie at all and would not have seen it had we known what it really was. We may in the minority in our opinion on this one, but I believe more than a few honest people will find that they have to agree, especially when they hold this movie up to it's better predecessors.
