Russ, those look like normal clouds to me... When I sit and watch these plumes come out of jets and spread out like this, it's clear that they are not normal clouds. Nevertheless, even if I didn't see these come out of jets, being a life long sky watcher, these do not look like normal clouds to me, not even close.
