This is upsetting as I read the word Final as well..
Exactly what does that mean??
Except it seems Russ thought he may be haveing a heart attack?
Is that possible besides him not feeling well because whats in
the air??
I've read mercury is bad for the heart..
Yet I have 8 fillings in my teeth and I have no idea how they
are effecting me or how responsible they have been for any of
my health problems I've had or have today..
Yet they probably are as it's not a good thing it's just not.
Yet I just don't know for me for sure how much they contribute.
I wish I did as..
I was only 9 years old when they first started putting them in my mouth..
I would have to compare it with me never haveing any..
And there's no way I can possible do that..
Or haveing them removed and see yet..
I've read about all the harm that mercury can cause as well as lead, pesticides, and chemicals such as we all here have and..
This board is very important as it must have took years to post
all this information on this board and if Russ gets sicker who's going to help him with this task???
In maintaining this network..
It's a really a big job and a high stress one too I'm sure.
And it's nice that Bex and CTD have been helping Russ out with the board as I couldn't do that raising children ect...
But if Russ gets sicker which " I Hope Not.." and Laura seems to be doing much better..
So could she possibly take over some while Russ rests up "if"
he is hospitilized for some reason like..
Heart attack ect..
If he just needed to rest up a bit that is..
I hope he is takeing D-Ribose as it's a natural occuring carbohydrate used by our bodies to produce ATP;
the source of energy for the heart or.. Beta Glucan if he has a heart attack..
And I'm sure Russ knows all this already as he's up on all theses things it's just..
I just want to remind him to do that..
And I think he probably needs more sleep too as to little sleep
is bad for the heart as well.. Yet.. With heavy metals..
Thats a tough one as as I'm still trying to get them out of my childrens system too..
And alot has came out but I'm not sure how much is in the air out here but supposedly alot as it blows over daily from China
now.. and besides that..
I have no idea how much they are doing out here in the air besides.
I just don't know how much of a daily exposure it all is here
in full.
But of course for my children they had mercury exposure from the vaccinations at a very early age..
So I'm not happy it's in the air either as it costs alot to try to get it out.. It sure has for me..
Russ just needs to hang in their and find a way..
To keep going somehow..
I just don't know what to say as I'm just tongue tyed now as it's very upsetting indeed..
I just hope it gets better and not any worse..
