I just started phytosel a few weeks ago and it was too strong for me at first from detox so I cut it in 1/4th. I feel very clear and bright at times now, but today I am VERY LOW and feel almost bipolar type, it's kind of scary in ways! I know Selenium is not a chelator but seriously it is doing something of a detox in me and working it seems, just did not know you could get depressed like this from detoxing Mercury. Anyone go through this LOWWWWWW feeling where you are bugging out? This is very tough, I have to get fit for this grind, any tips?
In Sanskrit, tulsi means literally "the incomparable one" and has been revered since ancient times. Tulsi, the holy basil, is said to have grown at the site of Christ’s crucifixion and is associated with St. Basil’s feast.

Selenium apparently deactivates mercury, whatever that means, so in any case your mood is going to be affected. Its extremely important for your thyroid too.
You know whats so wierd about being mercury poisoned is how all this stuff affects us all in different ways. Theres a product called HMD which people have dismissed. it works for me. ditto with chlorella.

I think they compete with one-another and can displace the other, hence why there is sometimes a worsening of symptoms when a mercury toxic person uses selenium. Best to start with a low dose. Selenium methionine is apparently a better tolerated form of selenium.
When I was very obviously mercury toxic, I found selenium very effective, sometimes too much so. I had to take breaks and/or reduce the dose at times to cope with the symptoms.
Ones that I found effective were also vitamin C (powder form containing bioflavanoids) and natural vitamin E.
Just they alone did much to increase my antioxidant power and in doing so, precipitated a certain amount of mercury mobilisation/detox.
Some do find chlorella helpful. However, it can be devastating also. I've used it when very metal toxic and wound up on the floor between my bed and the wall in a crying heap. Just from such severe mobilisation/redistribution. It's not a place to be! The same thing happened when I used an isolated dose of DMSA without using it frequently as Cutler points out.
So it's very much an individual thing.

Yeah thats funny because I tolerated Chlorella really well for years, I still can take it without any problem while others can not.
