Sunshine:

Fantastic answer! Thanks - as you know, you can read books and learn, but it is quite something else actually going through it. It is amazing that you and Dawn have both found value in this, and I have read amazing reports. Thinking about it, it seems pretty logical that almost everybody probably has some stones, no? And could benefit from cleansing. I give you and Dawn great credit for the gumption to follow through with multiple flushes.

But I don't know where to draw the line here exactly. Yes, chelation and other cleanses first are probably best, to get you ready and stronger. And perhaps, the pinch of epsom salts at meals and use of ACV might clear liver over time, but I am not so sure of that - not if you have huge stones! After a flush, then that stuff might be good for maintenance. But for some, it sounded like this flushing is a life-changer, and they did not get real sick after. Still I am with you 100% - man, I don't want to suffer for a week or two recovering from this. Everything I have read says this is quite safe - most people don't even get sick, but I don't want to start something, and then have to flush every month for a year. eek

Thanks for replying - good stuff... I hope more can add their experiences.

I want to think about this and post again maybe.

How much epsom salts do you use at each meal. Is it before meal in a small glass of water? And ACV after meal?
