More of the same. Very steady air contamination with little trace of it visibly.

Sinus Burn: 5 of 10 (medium)
Physical Symptoms: 3 of 10 (soft ringing in the ears, some cracking joints, mild joint pain, medium sinus burn, mild headache, mild fatigue, some looping thoughts, some shooting pains in muscles.)
Visible Persistent Chemtrails: None visible
Visible Non-Persistent (short) Chemtrails: Haven't been watching (I believe these often cause the worst sinus-burn)
Visible Chemtrail Fallout (fake clouds): None visible
