I use Redmond's RealSalt. Its mined from an ancient seabed in Utah, so its sea salt but from millions of years ago. I really like it a lot, and trust it more than celtic sea salt which is considered top of the line. That is what I use too. Sometimes I absolutely crave it on lemons, etc. Must need the minerals.
