This was years ago, but I think it was Australia. In order to come into the country at the reduced rate you had to have an IQ of 150 and have a Master's degree in a select field. It is THAT difficult.

According to the chemtrail alert website, southern Australia does get hit with chemtrails. This site is pretty accurate too.

So the government gets the people sick via chemtrails, then the government forks out the cost for their health care? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense for countries(like Australia) with government funded health care.
